At HealthTouch, we have built a fantastic urgent care brand and HealthSpan Optimization concept that partners with communities with limited healthcare access but strong income demographics. And through our HealthTouch Foundation, we help all communities lacking healthcare get the treatment and preventive care they need.
We pay close attention to every detail of our brand and the patient experience. So when a community member clicks onto our website, enters our spa-like waiting lounge, is greeted and treated by our teammates, and exits our care center, the patient experience is top-tier.
We design each care center to fit snugly into the community’s location. From the visual effects in each care center to the music we play to the learning experience, each care center will have its own well-thought-out personality. Versatility in design is one of the many qualities of our brand that will differentiate us from other healthcare providers, where one style fits all.

Many communities nationwide have little to no access to affordable healthcare within a short drive from their homes. We will provide access to neighborhoods with pent-up demand for healthcare and strong demographics.
Who needs better access to healthcare?
The HealthTouch Urgent Care friendly care center brand partners with communities to offer accessible, affordable healthcare to communities historically lacking adequate healthcare. However, many of these communities have substantial household income and population demographics.
So, based on the demographics of our targeted communities and the need for better access, we are confident we can close the healthcare access gap, improve health outcomes, provide culturally competent care, and build a profitable business model.

Through our CARE CENTERs, HealthTouch provides broad-spectrum, low acuity care for (almost) all ages – without the wait.
HealthTouch offers a telemedicine program that treats on-demand, walk-in, and at-home patients through our telemedicine platform.

It is nearly impossible to have an urgent care center without one. In addition, we provide point-of-care Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment (CLIA)-waived rapid tests. We also offer COVID testing.
